These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nomazee app and related services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Nomazee

Nomazee helps you plan trips and log your travel history. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the trips, photos, notes, and other content you add to Nomazee. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add.

3. Itinerary suggestions

Nomazee generates itineraries using automated tools and third-party data such as weather forecasts, place information, and opening hours. These suggestions are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify critical details - opening hours, travel times, bookings, and local conditions - before you rely on them. Nomazee is not a substitute for your own judgment.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it through unauthorized means.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not use the service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

5. Beta service

Nomazee may be offered as a beta or free service. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued, and the service is provided on an "as is" basis during this period.

6. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomazee is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of itinerary content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomazee and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any losses related to travel plans, bookings, or reliance on generated itineraries.

8. Termination

You may stop using Nomazee and delete your account at any time via our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of Nomazee after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
